About Me
Below I go more in depth about myself, but frankly, you can learn the important things about me through my work, and just going through that first page. So, if you want to get down to business, you can find my details in the “Contact Me” page! If you want to learn more, here you go!
Since a young age I wrote comics, built imaginary worlds, created imaginary friends and enemies, and even told fantastical stories to my real world friends about the advantures I went on with those creations. As I grew up, the creativity continued to follow me through high school and college in forms of courses and classes of Digital Art, Creative Writing, Architectural Drawing, Debate/Public Speaking, and more. However, I also found pressure to set the example for my brothers in acadmics, sport, and life. This ultimatley led me to chose athletics over extracuriculars like band and/or musicals, triple majoring in Finance, International Business, and Management over my growing interest in creative writing, marketing, and public speaking courses, and to work multiple jobs, on and off campus, instead of writing the fiction novel that I ended up scribbling over 100 pages worth of ideas and notes for throughout college.
Now, I find myself writing this “About Me” page as a young financial proffesional who has worked his way into a team of Analysts a decade sooner than my colleagues, an assitant soccer coach to a team that has gone from below .500 to playing in the conference finals since I’ve joined the coaching staff, and a semi-proffensional soccer player who has recently broken into one of the best semi-proffesional teams in the US.
So, first; why am I spending my time here, and, second; why should you believe that I would even want to produce the top tier copy for your brand/business?
First, I fianlly realized that, in addition to whatever jobs I had been hired to do in the past, I had also ended up copywriting for all of them. They would need someone to write a sales email, a blog post, or a follow-up, and I would volunteer, knowing I could impress my new boss with those skills. Then, within the week, I would be assigned to revamp old recurring emails, website pages, and whatever other piece of copy they had failed to keep updated or thought was great, only to realize mine were much better. Unfortunetly it took me the four years I spent in undergraduate school, and almost my entire MBA to figure out I was copywriting that entire time, let alone that was a job path I could take. But hey, better late than never!
Second, writing copy has become my bread and butter, and, without me knowing or planning for it, copy can be my ticket to finally get back to what I love. As I write copy for your brand/business, I won’t just be writing for you. I will be writing to build my future. I will be writing for MY brand and reputation. I will be writing to forever hone my creative and perssuasive skills. And, with my writing, night or day, day or shine, my writing will continue to work for you in our digital world. Long story short, if I were to let you down, I would only be damaging myself and my brand, so if nothing else, be confident in the fact that I will always do my best to avoid that.
